Lead Tiering
Not all leads are built the same. We tier lead sources based on actual performance, so you can understand the difference between your options and choose the right mix for your agency.
What does a lead tier actually mean?
Not every lead source performs the same way. Some consistently generate more transfers and quotes than others. Our tiering system groups sources based on their recent performance, giving you a clearer way to compare your options. You can buy leads from any tier, and the right choice depends on your goals, market, budget, and the amount of volume you need.
Meet The Tiers
Four tiers, each one determined by actual transfer performance over a rolling 90 days.
| Tier | Positioning | Transfer Rate | Description |
| Highest performing sources | 18.5% | Sources with the strongest transfer performance in our current 90 day data. | |
| Strong performing sources | 16.5% | Established sources with consistently strong transfer performance. | |
| Solid performance with more flexibility | 15.8% | Sources that can help agencies balance performance, availability, and volume. | |
| Our broadest source pool | 14.6% | This tier also includes new sources while we collect enough data to evaluate their performance. |
Every tier is available to purchase today. There's no minimum tier and no penalty for starting at Tier 3 while a source, or your team, builds a track record.

PRICING
Why pay more for a higher tier?
Higher tier sources have demonstrated stronger transfer performance, which is why they typically cost more. But a cheaper lead is not necessarily cheaper by the time it becomes a transfer, quote, or sale.
Look beyond cost per lead
If you buy cheaper leads but need more of them to generate the same number of transfers or sales, your actual acquisition cost may not be lower. That is why we look at performance across the full funnel when helping agencies choose their lead mix.

Which Tier Is Right For Your Agency?
I want to prioritize performance
Higher tiers may make sense when you're willing to pay more per lead for sources with stronger historical performance.
I need a balance of performance and volume
A mix of tiers can give you more flexibility while keeping your lead strategy aligned with your targets.
I want more volume
Broader tier access can open up additional inventory when volume is a priority.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about how lead tiering works and how to choose the right tier for your agency.
Q1. How much does a lead cost in each tier?
Lead pricing varies by tier, market, availability, and other factors. Our team can walk you through current pricing and help you understand the expected performance and economics of each option.
Q2. Can I buy leads from any tier?
Yes. You don’t have to buy Tier S or Tier 1 leads to work with us. You can buy from any available tier or use a mix of tiers based on your budget, volume goals, and target acquisition cost.
Q3. Does a higher tier always mean better results?
Higher tiers have stronger historical performance based on our rolling 90 day data, but that doesn’t guarantee how an individual lead or agency will perform. Your sales process, follow up, market, and team all affect results.
Q4. Why would I pay more for a higher tier?
Because cost per lead is only one part of the equation. A higher priced lead can still result in a lower cost per transfer, quote, or sale if it performs better further down the funnel.
Q5. Can a lead source move to a different tier?
Yes. We review performance monthly using a rolling 90 day window. Sources can move up or down as their performance changes.
Q6. What happens with a brand new lead source?
New sources start in Tier 3 while we collect enough data to evaluate their performance. Starting in Tier 3 isn’t a judgment about quality. It simply means the source hasn’t built enough performance history yet.
Q7. Does Tier 3 mean lower quality leads?
Not necessarily. Tier 3 includes sources with lower historical transfer rates, but it also includes new sources that are still building a performance history. Tier 3 can also make sense when an agency wants more volume or a broader mix of sources.
Q8. How do I know which tier is right for my agency?
It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. We look at your market, budget, volume needs, sales capacity, and acquisition targets to help determine which tier or mix of tiers makes the most sense.
