His coaching comes from real production experience, not theory. Ryan joined Peachy Insurance in 2018 and quickly stood out for his ability to overcome objections and maximize every lead. He became the first producer at the agency to write over $100,000 in premium in a single month, a number that became the new benchmark for the team. After his promotion to manager, he proved he could do more than sell at a high level. He could teach others to do it too, replicating his results across an entire sales floor. That talent for developing people is what he brings to every team he trains at NCC.

Andrew sold his first policy in 2013 as a State Farm producer with no experience and a brutal first eight months. The turning point came when he realized the leads were never the problem, his process was. By year two he was the top-ranked sales rep in Florida. He went on to lead sales at the largest captive insurance agency in the country, then co-founded Peachy Insurance in 2018, scaling it to $45 million in premium in seven years with internet leads as the only marketing source. Through NCC and his writing, he focuses on what actually works in insurance lead generation, what vendors won't tell you, and the math nobody runs accurately.
