Meet Rupesh Parekh

Rupesh Parekh runs his insurance agency in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, where he has spent more than 30 years building his career and roots in the community. He brings decades of experience to the agency, along with an educational background that includes degrees in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and international business.
Rupesh and his team serve customers across Sand Springs and surrounding communities, including Mannford, Keystone Lake, Sapulpa, and Tulsa County. His approach focuses on building long term relationships and helping customers navigate their insurance needs as they change over time.

From Better Leads to Better Targeting

When Rupesh joined Next Call Club in October 2024, he was looking for better quality internet leads for his sales team. He partnered with NCC for lead buying, giving his agency access to a managed lead program while his team continued handling the sales process internally.

As the partnership developed, the sales data started giving both teams a clearer picture of where the strongest opportunities were coming from. Lead buying became an ongoing process of reviewing performance, refining targeting, and putting more of the agency’s investment behind what was actually producing sales.

Rupesh already had a clear sense of the ZIP codes he wanted to target, and he shared those with NCC. As more sales data came in, the NCC team identified additional ZIP codes that were producing stronger results and recommended launching a niche campaign focused specifically on those areas.

That gave the strategy two useful inputs: Rupesh’s knowledge of his market and the performance NCC could see in his sales data. Rather than treating the original targeting as permanent, the team could continue adjusting the campaign based on what was actually turning into business.

When the Results Become Agency Records

By the end of 2025, Rupesh was already seeing the impact inside his agency. In December, his team set a new agency record. Soon after, he told NCC they were on track to break it again and credited the quality of the leads as a major part of that momentum.

The numbers from March through June 2026 show how strong that performance became.

Over those four months, Rupesh sold 246 items across 96 households, generating $257,396 in premium from NCC leads. His average cost per lead was $9.15, with a $66 cost per item and $170 cost per sale.

Most importantly, the program reached 294% ROI.

The efficiency improved as well. In 2025, Rupesh’s cost per item was $70 and his cost per sale was $184. By March through June 2026, those numbers had fallen to $66 and $170 respectively.

For Rupesh, better lead quality created the starting point. Paying attention to where those leads were actually turning into sales helped turn that foundation into something much bigger: an increasingly efficient lead program and new records for the agency.
