Carmella Larkins
Allstate Agency Owner, Roswell, GA
Meet Carmella Larkins
Carmella Larkins runs her Allstate agency in Roswell, Georgia, with additional locations in Atlanta and LaGrange. As a small business owner, she has built her agency around strong local relationships and helping customers look at both their immediate insurance needs and the bigger picture as those needs change over time.
Her agency serves customers across a wide range of insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, landlord, business, and life insurance. Carmella is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama.
Building More Than a Lead Program
When Carmella partnered with Next Call Club in March 2025, she was looking for better quality internet leads. But as the relationship developed, the opportunity became bigger than improving the leads themselves.
Carmella had a sales team ready to take opportunities and turn them into business. The next piece was building a consistent outbound process around the leads, so prospects could be contacted, qualified, and connected with her team while they were live on the phone.
NCC combined its internet leads with a fully managed SDR program for Carmella’s agency. Three dedicated NCC SDRs work the leads through Salesforce and Five9, qualify prospects, and deliver live transfers directly to her sales team.
That gave Carmella a complete outbound system around her lead investment, with NCC managing both the opportunities coming in and the calling operation responsible for working them
Finding the Right People and Helping Them Get Better
Putting that system in place was only the beginning. Getting the SDR side working consistently took time, coaching, and some trial and error.
Carmella has worked with several NCC telemarketers since joining the program. As different reps came onto the account, one of the biggest areas to develop was objection handling. Building the confidence to navigate those conversations naturally takes time, especially when an SDR is learning a new agency and what makes a strong transfer for its sales team.
Carmella has played an important role in making that process work. Her telemarketers and licensed sales professionals work closely together, and she makes a point of treating the NCC SDRs like part of her own team. That gives the SDRs the feedback and support they need to understand what her producers need from a live transfer and improve over time.
NCC manages the other side of that relationship by staying close to the account and looking for ways to improve performance without waiting for Carmella to ask. It is something she specifically calls out in her experience with the team: “They look at what’s working without me having to ask.”
The Payoff: More Than $2M in Six Months
By the end of 2025, Carmella had written $2,494,718 in premium from NCC business.
Then came 2026.
In the first six months of the year alone, her agency wrote another $2,047,225 in premium, putting her at more than 82% of her entire 2025 premium total in half the time.
From January through June, the agency sold 1,920 items across 790 households, with a $123 cost per item including SDR fees, a $206 cost per sale, and 117% ROI.
Those results came from a system that connects each part of the process. NCC sources the leads, the SDR team consistently works those opportunities, and Carmella’s sales team takes over once a qualified prospect is live on the phone.
More than a year after Carmella joined NCC, the partnership continues to grow. In her words, the combination of NCC’s telemarketers and leads has made Next Call Club her “most profitable vendor.”
