Meet Peachy Insurance
Peachy Insurance is an Allstate insurance agency headquartered in Atlanta, serving customers across Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Since 2018, the agency has grown across both physical locations and a remote-first service model, offering personal and commercial insurance products including auto, homeowners, renters, flood, commercial auto, and general liability coverage.
Peachy also has a unique relationship with Next Call Club: it is the agency where many of NCC’s strategies are put into practice. That makes Peachy both a client success story and a real-world example of how NCC’s outbound systems can support a high-volume insurance sales operation.
Chasing a Goal That Kept Getting Away
For a long time, Peachy Insurance had one number in its sights: 1,000 items in a single month.
The agency had come close more than once, but breaking through that mark remained just out of reach. By mid-2023, Peachy was already operating at significant volume, averaging around 875 items per month, approximately $750,000 in written premium, and roughly $1.2 million in annualized premium.
For August, the team decided that aiming for 1,000 wasn’t enough. Instead, they raised the target to 1,100 items, $900,000 in written premium, and $1.3 million in annualized premium.
Getting there would require more than motivation. Peachy needed to know exactly how much sales activity those numbers demanded and make sure its licensed agents had enough opportunities to close.
Working Backward from 1,100
Peachy built the plan around its existing sales math. At a 21% items-to-quotes closing rate, reaching the new goal would require approximately 236 quotes every day.
That was a meaningful jump from the roughly 220 daily quotes the agency had averaged in July. Creating enough opportunities to close that gap was where Next Call Club’s SDR team played a critical role.
Peachy had five full-time NCC SDRs dedicated to outbound calling. Their job was to connect with prospects, generate interest in receiving a quote, and live-transfer those opportunities to Peachy’s licensed sales agents.
The target for each SDR was 15 live transfers per day. The team exceeded it.
Together, the NCC SDRs generated approximately 100 live transfers per day, giving Peachy’s licensed agents a steady flow of prospects to quote and helping the agency maintain the activity level required to chase its ambitious monthly target.
Breaking Through the 1,000-Item Mark
By the end of August, Peachy hadn’t just reached the milestone it had been chasing. It had blown past it.
The agency finished the month with 1,147 items sold and more than $1 million in written premium, exceeding both of the goals it had set at the beginning of the month.
NCC’s SDR team contributed approximately 60% of Peachy’s overall production, with live transfers coming in at a $16.11 cost per transfer.
For Peachy, the record month showed what could happen when an ambitious production goal was translated into the daily sales activity required to reach it, then supported with enough outbound capacity to execute the plan.
The 1,000-item mark had been the goal for a long time. With the right math, sales capacity, and execution behind it, Peachy finished at 1,147.
