Meet Guillermo Bautista

Guillermo Bautista leads The Bautista Agency in Edinburg, Texas, bringing more than 12 years of insurance experience to the Rio Grande Valley. His team serves clients across Edinburg, McAllen, Pharr, Mission, San Juan, and surrounding communities, with a strong focus on building local relationships and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. Guillermo partnered with Next Call Club in June 2025 to improve the quality and performance of the internet leads fueling his agency’s growth.

Better Leads in a Tough Texas Market

Some growth stories come from a big bet. Guillermo’s didn’t. His came from paying attention to the numbers month after month, making adjustments when the data called for them, and building on what worked. That approach would eventually help drive significant premium growth in one of the more challenging markets for Allstate agents.

Guillermo Bautista runs his Allstate agency in Edinburg, Texas. The state has long been a challenging market for Allstate, which makes consistent growth there especially meaningful.

When Guillermo partnered with Next Call Club in June 2025, he wasn’t simply looking for more lead volume. He wanted better-quality internet leads that could turn into real business for his agency.

That was the challenge at the start of the relationship. The opportunity was figuring out how to make his lead investment work harder in a market where getting the right leads matters even more.

Finding the Sweet Spot

NCC started by looking at the economics behind Guillermo’s leads. The goal was to find the sweet spot: a price point that could generate the demand his team needed without paying more than necessary to get it. That meant watching the data closely, testing adjustments, and continuing to fine-tune pricing based on what was actually producing results.

By January 2026, those reviews uncovered a more specific opportunity. Certain ZIP codes were consistently performing well for Guillermo, so NCC recommended building a niche campaign around those areas and focusing more of his lead buying where he was already seeing stronger results.

Guillermo became an important part of that optimization loop. He pays close attention to what his team is seeing and regularly shares ZIP codes that are performing well on his end. NCC uses that feedback alongside the lead data to adjust campaigns and keep refining the strategy.

It’s a simple feedback loop, but an effective one: Guillermo sees what is turning into business inside the agency, NCC sees what is happening across the lead campaigns, and both sides use that information to decide what to adjust next.

The Payoff: 237% Premium Growth

The premium tells the story better than we could. From July through December 2025, Guillermo wrote $103,000 in premium from NCC leads. In the first six months of 2026, that number climbed to $347,000, a 237% increase in just six months.

ROI followed the same trajectory, rising from 52% to 105%. From January through June 2026, Guillermo sold 394 items across 123 households, while averaging an $8.70 cost per lead, $108 cost per item, and $345 cost per sale.

The results are especially meaningful given the market Guillermo is operating in. Texas remains a challenging environment for Allstate agents, but by continually refining where and how he invests in leads, Guillermo has been able to turn that challenge into significant growth for his agency.
