Meet Ryan Hill, a Next Call Club trainer
Ryan joined the Peachy team hungry. Starting in 2018, it was clear he had a knack for overcoming objections and maximizing leads. After becoming the first producer to write over $100k in premium in one month, he was promoted to manager. This feat became the new benchmark for success.
They noticed Ryan’s ability to seemingly clone himself by training others. Leadership poured fuel on the fire. They created a clear runway for Ryan to work his magic by building the sales team and increasing revenue.
With a good eye for talent and clear communication, the team grew from 8 to 17 sales producers. He spent most of his time working with his team in either one-on-one or workshop type settings.
