Meet Luis Lushman, a Next Call Club trainer
Working as a leader at Peachy Insurance, Luis transformed a customer service team into a sales powerhouse.
In 2022, Luis was the Director of Customer Experience at Peachy. Executive Leadership asked him a challenging question: “how much revenue can customer service bring in?”
Previously, Peachy Insurance’s Customer Experience team focused on customer service. They did a great job, but they weren’t bringing in revenue.
That all changed when Luis received the mandate to get his team to sell.
He drew from his 10+ years of experience. Luis built systems and developed curriculum to make sales accessible for his team.
He taught them to build the value of our products and ask for the sale.
The results were remarkable. In 2023 alone, the team achieved 530 cross-sells, generating approximately $480,000 in premium.
The momentum carried over into 2024. In the first half of the year, the team recorded 370 cross-sells, generating around $200,000 in premium. They are on track to surpass 720 cross-sells by year-end, bringing in over $400,000 in premium. That is 36% growth.
