How do I update my credit card on file?

You can update your card on file using either the payment portal or directly from the leads portal.

Option 1 — Payment portal

  • Enter your card details. You will not be charged, your card is saved on file only.

  • Use the same email address where you received your contract or onboarding email so we can match your submission.

  • Once submitted, please let our team know so we can confirm everything is set up on our end.

Option 2 — Leads portal

  • Log in to the leads portal and navigate to the Billing tab.

  • Locate the Payment Methods section and click Add Card.

  • Enter your card details and save.
