How do I update my credit card on file?
You can update your card on file using either the payment portal or directly from the leads portal.
Option 1 — Payment portal

Enter your card details. You will not be charged, your card is saved on file only.

Use the same email address where you received your contract or onboarding email so we can match your submission.
- Once submitted, please let our team know so we can confirm everything is set up on our end.
Option 2 — Leads portal

Log in to the leads portal and navigate to the Billing tab.

Locate the Payment Methods section and click Add Card.

Enter your card details and save.
